Ella.Bella.Equestrian RETURNS POLICY

If I purchased an item that was on sale am I able to return it?

All sale items are final and returns are not accepted.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns as long as the basic requirements below are met.

How easy is it to request a return?

Simple! Email us at ellabellaequestrian@gmail.com to let us know that you would like to return your item.

How long do I have to return my item?

Ella.Bella.Equestrian will accept returns within 14 days from when the order was purchased.

What are the conditions of returning or exchanging an item?

Each item must be:

  • in the original condition that we sent it to you;

  • unworn and unwashed;

  • have the tags and all packaging intact;

  • show no signs of wear (including but not limited to makeup, perfume, fake tan, or deodorant);

  • returned to our address within 14 days after purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How will you refund my money?

Your refund will be returned in the same way as you made the payment.

How do we find the return address to send a garment back to?

Once you’ve emailed requesting a refund, you will receive an email with our conditions and a delivery address.

How long does it take for the money to return to my account?

When we receive the item and successfully check that it is in original condition as stated above, we will commence your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund may take a few days or more from the date it is received and checked, depending on your bank. 

Will you refund shipping costs?

We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using registered post service to return orders and keep a record of tracking details.

Damaged/faulty item received?

We take great pride to ensure all garments are premium quality and competent with our standards. If you are concerned that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ellabellaequestrian@gmail.com We ask that you provide as much detail as possible, including photos, so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.

We will do our best to resolve the issue with you as long as the returns and exchange conditions are met.
